THE GIST

We are a brewery born near the sun, sand and seashells of the Sunshine State. We opened with a brewpub directly on the beach in 2011 where, in addition to our brews, we offer a full bar including liquor and wine and have an onsite restaurant with a full kitchen. In 2014 we expanded our production with a large brewing facility near 95 & Sheridan in Hollywood, FL.

BREWPUB EQUIPMENT

Our brew pub has an onsite microbrewery consisting of a brewhouse, 7 fermentation tanks and 4 serving tanks. Manufactured and installed by ZIP Technologies, based out of Hungary.

Beer was flowing so well we had to expand beyond our little brewpub to keep up! We built a second location serving as a large production brewery to this day near 95 & Sheridan in Hollywood, FL. At the moment it is only visitable on an appointment only basis.

INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTION FACILITY

All of our brewing equipment is manufactured by ZIP Technologies and is imported from Hungary. Installation was executed by a team of engineers approved by ZIP Technologies in both locations: the brewpub on the beach and the production facility.

A FULLY AUTOMATED SYSTEM

Our production facility has a caustic automated system. Different stages of brewing can be prompted and paused remotely through an app. Lucky for our brewmaster! These photos show some of the only activities that have to be done manually.

STATE-OF-THE-ART EFFICIENCY

ZIP Technologies manufactures their brew houses to only require 2 tanks as opposed to 3 like in many other breweries.

Fun Fact: Our mash tank also serves as a laundering tank.

Currently our production facility has 14 fermentation tanks (4000L each) and 2 bright tanks. In 2014 we had 9 fermenters and 2 bright tanks. Photos of the installation of the added fermenters are further in our timeline.

In 2016 we added 5 fermentation tanks to our large production facility, bringing the total up to 16 tanks.

In 2015 we installed a canning line and began packaging our Mango IPA, the first product we ever poured into cans. It’s also become our flagship and most popular brew. We were the first craft brewery with a production facility to create a packaged mango beer. We use 100% real and pure ingredients down to the mango that our brewmaster purees right at our brewpub before adding it to the tank.

NO ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES. EVER.

In 2018 we installed a centrifuge to help naturally prolong the shelf life of our products without the use of artificial additives or preservatives. Ever. We recommend treating our beers like organic dressings. You know you’re getting a high quality product but you also know it won’t stay as delicious if you keep it for a year. Pros and cons to everything, we choose to stand by our natural ingredient list: water, malt, hops, yeast, real mangos.

Currently we have 5 packaged products and many more on draft available locally and at our brewpub. We have distribution in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Collier counties. Every day we strive to extend the boundaries of our brews and get it into the hands of craft beer lovers, one glug at a time.

Our brewpub is open 7 days a week and our production facility is available by appointment only. If you are interested in a tour of the production facility we can accommodate a group of 5 or more on Wednesdays no later than 5:30pm. By appointment only.
